America and several other countries asked their citizens to leave Lebanon
14 January 1402
The United States, Germany, and Britain urged their citizens to leave Lebanon after Saleh al-Arouri, a senior Hamas leader, was killed in Beirut.
In addition to these countries, Canada, Sweden and Denmark have also made a similar request to their citizens in Lebanon.
Earlier, Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, said on Wednesday that the group would take revenge for the killing of Saleh al-Arouri.
Hezbollah of Lebanon is one of the proxy groups of the Islamic Republic.
The killing of Saleh al-Aroori in a drone attack on Tuesday, January 12, has been attributed to Israel, but this country has not confirmed or denied its role in this attack.
