The government in exile is a government formed outside its own territory. The CFIGIE aims to create a strategic framework to empower and strengthen nation for a comprehensive unified government and to welcome and accept the contribution of all people and diversity . The main objectives are :
Enabling a suitable platform for people on one nation, one flag.
Dismantling of the Islamic Republic.
Building a peaceful and healthy platform for suitable and free elections and giving recognition to the ballot box.
Creating an innovative platform for establishing a temporary government and accomplish legitimacy, credibility, and accountability.
Preparing a platform to work based on the sustainable development goals (SDGs) for implementation of strategic framework.
